I recently had the opportunity to speak at PubCon in New Orleans on Problem Solving in Google Places. With Google Places still very much in limbo between the old and new systems at Google, this was a topic of interest to quite a few people. Fortunately, as Google+ and Google Places continue to merge, we can expect to see fewer problems in the systems.
