Meet Bing's Personal Digital Assistant: Cortana

Microsoft just launched its answer to Apple's Siri and Google Now that they've randomly named Cortana This is a personal digital assistant that operates on Windows phones and is used to deliver information in real time, answer questions and offer predictive results. This virtual assistant monitors your habits, location and basically works to personalize its results to your needs.

So far we haven't heard any real positive or negative feedback on Cortana, but it's still early so we're sure the system is a bit clunky. However, Microsoft is smart to include this technology within their devices because it's the only way they can hope to stay competitive long term. You can watch the introduction video below:
