Search In Apps at Yahoo

Yahoo launched Search in Apps in February of this year. Search in Apps allows developers to integrate Yahoo search within their apps so that users no longer have to leave their app in order to search the web. This also allows developers an opportunity to monetize their apps with mobile search ads on their user's queries. Yahoo is taking the Search in Apps program a step further by integrating Yahoo search with TouchPal.

TouchPal is one of the most popular 3rd-party keyboard apps available on both iOS and Android. The integration will allow all users of TouchPal to utilize Yahoo search from their keyboard without ever having to leave an app. The Yahoo search integration with TouchPal will first roll out to Android users with iOS to follow.
