What if I sign up for the trial and decide it's not for me?

You can cancel your trial subscription at any time, for any reason, before your trial is up and you will not be charged. Simply let us know and we will gladly stop your subscription charge before it happens. You can cancel by calling us at 800-334-5662, emailing our customer service department or logging into your Member Center and canceling on your own under the 'Memberships' tab.

What if I do not like recur billing and would prefer to pay for a year at once?

If you would like to prepay for a set number of months contact our customer service department and we will be happy to arrange that for you.

How do I submit a Fast Track question?

If you're a Business or Professional Member and you have a question for one of our experts simply login to http://www.searchenginenews.com and scroll down. On the left side of the page you'll see "FASTTRACK QUESTIONS" Or you can access the email submission page directly. Just make sure that your email is entered in correctly so that you receive your response.

What if I wish to cancel? Am I required to stay a certain length of time?

SearchEngineNews.com is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. You are under no obligation to stay. Simply let us know and we will gladly remove you from our recur billing system. What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

What if I do not have a credit card? Can I still have a subscription?

We currently do not accept monthly payments for our subscriptions via PayPal or by check. However, if you are interested in paying with one of these alternate methods contact our customer service department and we will be happy to help you.

What if I want a refund?

If you would like a refund just let us know 'The Dog ate it' and we'll be happy to refund any charge within 30 days. We can be reached at 800-334-5662, or by emailing our customer service department or logging into your Member Center and canceling on your own under the 'Memberships' tab.

What if I want to change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime by contacting our customer service department or logging into your Member Center. If you're downgrading to a lesser plan you'll still be able to enjoy the tools and benefits of your current plan until your next renewal date at which time the lower priced plan will go into effect. If you're upgrading, you can enjoy the benefits of the higher subscription away and if you ever decide to downgrade to a previous plan your remaining time will be waiting for you.
