FAQ's
Can I cancel without being charged for the next month?
Yes. If you cancel before your monthly recur billing date, you will not be charged for the next month and your membership will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Cancelling is easy. Go to your accounts page, scroll to the bottom and click the green Cancel Membership button.
Can I pay annually if I don't like recur billing?
Yes. Email us here to initiate your request.
How do I submit a FastAnswer question?
To submit your question to FastAnswers, login to SEN and click the Get A FastAnswer link, located on the left side of the navigation menu. SEN Basic News members can purchase a one-time FastAnswer for $49. Business-Support & Pro-Support members have up to 3 complimentary FastAnswers per month.
Am I required to stay for a certain length of time?
No. SearchEngineNews.com is a monthly recurring publication that you can cancel at any time by going to your accounts page, scroll to the bottom and click the green Cancel Membership button.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
If I don't have a debit or credit card can I still subscribe?
We currently don't accept PayPal or Check for monthly subscription payments. If you wish to pay annually using either of these, contact customer service and we'll be happy to help.
How long will I have access to Training Courses I've purchased? Do I lose them if I cancel my membership?
Your training courses and certifications are yours to keep. As such, even if you cancel your SEN membership, you will still be able to login and access your training course(s) and certification(s).
What if I want to change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time by going to the the Membership Plans page. If downgrading to a lesser plan, you'll have access to the features & benefits of your current plan until the next monthly renewal date, at which time, the downgraded membership will go into effect. If upgrading membership, you'll have immediate access to the upgraded features & benefits.
