As you now know, Squidoo is quickly becoming an important stepping stone to the tops spots in Google. The next step, therefore, is to start creating a Lens. But not so fast, like everything else in this world, there is a right way to do this and (shall we say) a not so right way to do it. So, let's get you started creating a Lens of your own...the right way.

Remember our example of Cute Animal Pictures in Part One? A little bit of research reveals that this is the 17th most popular Lens on all of Squidoo (out of over 130,000 Lenses) and the second most popular Lens in the Animal & Nature category (not to mention that it does well in the search engines). Clearly this Lens is doing something right! So, let’s sharpen our focus on this Lens to see if we can figure out what that something is (it may be helpful to look at this Lens while we analyze it.
