I need to know if the exit pop-up installed on my site complies with the Adwords policies or we should get this removed.

Kristi: Azhar - here is Google's AdWords rules on Pop-ups/unders:

Kristi: The takeaway to Google's page above is that there can be no more than 3 pop-ups and NO pop-unders allowed. So with that in mind, yes your pop-up is fine as long as there aren’t more of them on the page.

John: That article explicitly says no ads on exit pop-ups, however he's asking about AdWords, not AdSense.

John: We've seen over time what Google requires on AdSense is also the way their general recommendations for AdWords lean as well.
