3D Technology + Your Images = Sharable Content

Bing announced a new 3D photography experience for all types of users with Photosynth. The technology allows users to upload digital photos and the Photosynth technology analyzes them to produce zoomable, travelable, 3D visual experiences. It essentially takes the photos and turns them into a movie that can be viewed fluidly or stopped and explored. This is a great new way to engage your audience.

In order to get started you need to sign-up here using your Microsoft account. Be patient because they're allowing new users in on a first come, first serve basis. However, once your synths have been created, you can share them on Twitter and Facebook or embedded onto a page (although we had technical issues trying to embed one into this update). This new feature opens up a world of possibilities for social media and shareable content. Here's a great example to preview.
