Bing Updates the Look of Facebook Friends Photos

In August 2012, Bing announced a new way to search within the search engine for Facebook Friends' images via Friends' Photos and the new search option has just received its first visual overhaul.

To utilize the Friends' Photos search you first must connect Bing with your Facebook account and also be logged into Facebook. Once those steps are completed, you can search for any photo that your friends have shared with you or are already public. You can search for keywords such as Hawaii or vacation and it brings up every photo that it feels relates to the query.

The updated look offers a tile layout within the search results that allows you to select a photo you want to zoom in on opening it into Slideshow Mode.

Bing explains the new layout is designed to make it easier to scan and search your friends' facebook photos. They are emulating the same design principles as they utilize within Windows 8, Windows Phone, and Xbox Live.
