Cross-Device Reporting For AdWords and Doubleclick


AdWords conversion numbers are getting a boost with improved cross-device reporting that is also now available within DoubleClick for all advertisers. Cross-device reporting has been available on a smaller scale, with Google working towards improving the technology in earnest for the past two years. With the improvements, cross-device reporting is now available within more countries and more industries so if your customer sees an ad within Google search on their desktop at work and later buys online using their phone that sale is still attributed to your AdWords conversion results. In the past with single device reporting only, it would've been missed, skewing your results.

In order to catch the information for your cross-device sales, you'll have to make sure you're using conversion tracking. The conversions will show up in your AdWords reporting columns once enough information has been collected.
