Learn more in our Help Center article: Actionable Strategy --> It's up to you to decide if you want to shift over completely to the GMB Agency dashboard or not. So far the migration of locations has been the real stopping point for many people. If you do decide to shift over then Google is giving you two ways to transfer locations from a Personal account over to an Agency account.
- Assisted migration - This is the new option that Google rolled out to encourage people to shift over to the Agency side of Google My Business. It's what we suggest you use if you have a lot of locations to move over and want Google to do it for you in a bulk transfer. To request the assisted move log into your GMB Agency account, go to the Overview tab, click the Got existing locations to transfer?
