Google Updates Breadcrumbs Documentation
Google's Gary Illyes announced the release of their new Breadcrumbs documentation that comes with some solid changes that you need to be aware of. Read the newly updated documentation along with real code examples to work from here.
Aaron Bradley on Google+ summed up the top two changes succinctly as:
- Schema.org Breadcrumb List is now preferred above data-vocabulary.org Breadcrumb language.
- Marking up breadcrumbs using JSON-LD is now supported in addition to RDFa and microdata.
