What are the 20 Most Expensive Keyword Categories?

Seen this graphic yet? Wordstream.com just released it:

By the way, Attorney is #4 on the list even though in some cases attorney keywords are the most expensive we've ever seen. I recall my first exposure to this back in 2005 when I spoke with a person paying $68 per click for Austin DUI attorney. (Drunk driving laws in that geographic area are brutal, hence the bleeding-neck demand for good attorneys.)
