But this new, radically changed focus has publishers freaking out! As you're undoubtedly aware, publications that have been mainstay to Facebook's News Feed depend on advertisers to survive. These advertisers pay publishers based on impressions. As Facebook diminishes a publisher's presence within their News Feed, those impressions drop, which mean lower revenues.
