Get Dynamic Ads with Dynamic Structured Snippets


AdWords is introducing a new ad extension, similar to structured snippets within organic search, called dynamic structured snippets. The extension automatically pulls information about the products and services you offer off your site and displays it in additional text within your ad. Ad extensions have been shown to improve ad performance and they also contribute to ad rank. They're hoping these snippets will more accurately reflect the site the user is about to visit, improving the chances of them sticking around to buy. Google provided the example ad below.

For now, dynamic structured snippets will only show within ads for retail, hotel and flight searches but other industries can expect them to be available within the year. Also, they will not automatically show every time, if a different extension performs better it's likely that would be used instead.
