YouTube Advertising Made Easy with YouTube Director

YouTube has released a suite of tools to assist business owners with their paid ad creation called YouTube Director. There are three new tools within this tool suite to be introduced to.

  1. YouTube Director for Business app, which helps business owners by providing templates and guiding them through suggested topics making the ad creation process as simple as possible. Once created, the ads can then be quickly uploaded to YouTube.
  2. YouTube Director on site. Advertisers that spend $150 on YouTube advertising are eligible to have some hands-on assistance with their ad creation from start to finish. Advertisers that sign up are given help with script creation, directing the shoot, all the way to setting up the ad. While YouTube Director on site is only available in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. to start, it should be available in more cities soon.

  3. YouTube Director automated video, which gives app owners the opportunity for Google to create your entire ad for you from your online properties like screenshots and logos. Automated video is available worldwide and anyone interested can find more information on who to contact via YouTube's full announcement on YouTube Director here.

YouTube also took this opportunity to launch a 'YouTube Director Video Challenge' that was designed to showcase how simple the process was by asking five small business owner's to create their own ads in 20 minutes or less. We highly recommend that you can check out the video below.
