Twitter Releases Custom Timelines

Twitter has added a new functionality through TweetDeck that adds the ability to create a custom timeline using tweets. The custom timelines have a multitude of uses and they can be shared either via link or you can embed them into your site.

To create a custom timeline with TweetDeck you add a new column and select Custom Timeline, choose a name for the timeline and also create a description.

Next, you drag and drop whatever tweets that you'd like included within the timeline (using the move icon) and removing them is as easy as clicking the X icon on each tweet.
