Reconsideration Request Reject Notices Get a Personal Touch

Google's Matt Cutts announced at SMX Advanced that the spam team has been working to improve communications with site owner's that have had a reconsideration request rejected. The notices are said to be more personalized with clear reasons why the consideration request was rejected which will be included in a Note from reviewer section. Unfortunately, not all rejection notices will include the extra information but you can expect to see the additional data popping up from time to time and it's a welcomed change!

Here's a screen shot shared on SearchEngineLand. Notice that the additional information is located at the very bottom within the Note from reviewer section. We're happy to see Google becoming more open about how sites can dig themselves out of the penalty hole.
