Facebook is shifting its focus to cater to the ever growing local business market with some cool new features they've integrated into their customer review platform. The first is a rebranding of what was previously Reviews to Recommendations, which makes getting customer feedback easier as it starts with a simple Would you recommend this business?'

The above is Facebook's example they shared and below you can see what the system looks like on a desktop device.

Once a customer has answered 'Yes/No' Facebook then gives them the option to rate your business 1 to 5, tag different things they liked about your business and write a traditional text review.
