LindedIn is looking to be more than a middle man when it comes to sharing content and has announced that they'll be opening their blog platform to all users over the coming months. In the past only top Influencers could publish to the blog platform. The first invitations will go out to 25,000 members with the rest to follow.

When you create a blog post it's shared within your LinkedIn network as well as attached to your profile. Members outside of your network can follow your posts as well. If you're one of the lucky ones to get an invitation early, keep your blog posts relevant to your audience. You'll also want to review LinkedIn's Publishing Guidelines as they reserve the right to remove posts that don't follow the rules. Do your best to keep your posts relevant to your industry and original.
